Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to MillionReply's website, dashboard, and Chrome extension (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

MillionReply helps you draft or auto-send AI replies to personal Facebook Messenger messages and Facebook Marketplace messages. The Service includes a Chrome extension, web dashboard, AI Brain configuration, and diagnostics. Features may change as we improve the product.

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account, the personas and rules you configure, and replies sent through the Service.

You must comply with Meta's Terms of Service, Community Standards, and applicable laws. MillionReply is not endorsed by Meta. The extension uses your existing browser session; we do not store your Facebook password. Automation may carry account risk despite safety features. You use automation at your own discretion.

You may not use MillionReply to send unsolicited bulk messages, harassment, or content that violates Meta's policies. Do not abuse your BYO AI key by routing third-party traffic or generating replies for accounts you do not own. Do not circumvent platform limits, reverse engineer the dashboard or backend, or resell access without authorization.

Paid plans renew until canceled. Prices are listed on our pricing page. Trials convert to paid plans unless canceled. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility. AI provider costs from your own OpenAI or Anthropic key are your responsibility.

MillionReply owns the dashboard, backend services, branding, and non-extension software. The Chrome extension package is licensed under AGPL-3.0. You retain rights to your content, personas, and knowledge snippets. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, specific results, or freedom from platform enforcement actions by Meta or other third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MillionReply is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or account restrictions imposed by third-party platforms. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before the claim.

You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the Service or other users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Delaware unless otherwise required by law.
